Kitchen Rally | Cluj-Napoca Edition

Yesterday, in Cluj, the Kitchen Rally took place, the second event in a series of 4, which is dedicated to the HoReCa industry and the chef community in Romania. It brought together hundreds of businesses from the hospitality industry, owners, chefs, decision-makers from restaurants, pubs, cafes, hotels, the Horeca press and important actors from the economic field in Transylvania.

During the event, the new Macromex Horeca 2023 product catalog was launched, as well as the HoReCa trends. This year's innovations include complete solutions with relevant pastry products, slow cooked, semi-prepared vegetables and potatoes, which help HoReCa specialists to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

The guests to the event had the opportunity to participate in the live cooking sessions, supported by nationally renowned chefs: Chef Victor Melian and Chef Paul Mădaș. The chefs demonstrated the efficiency, performance, profitability and productivity of Macromex Horeca products through dishes that attest to the economy of time, resources and the versatility of the ingredients.

The participants were invited to taste the dishes cooked by the two chefs together with the entire team of professionals from the Napoca hotel in Cluj. The solutions have been grouped by type of business to directly respond to the needs and specifics of each location: event halls, premium catering, canteen, fast food, grill & burger, Italian, sandwich shop with a wide range of pastry and bakery products.

The next event in the Kitchen Rally series will take place in Bucharest, in April. We are glad to have with us specialists from the Horeca field, who contribute their vision and interest in continuous improvement to the development of the industry.
